How can a company go about creating a purpose? My answer every time is that purpose in business is an HR function, rather than a CSR function. Unless the organisation has taken the time to understand the purpose of the individual within an organisation, claiming to be a purpose-driven company lacks a foundation. There is a return on investment, and there is a return on impact, both which are components of socially conscious business. But purpose itself is human, and that is why taking a bottoms-up approach to corporate purpose is at the heart of the next economy.Today, I am excited to introduce our next guest.
