It's a mighty keen episode 15, and we're here to discuss a rather gorey procedure with supposedly interesting results in Eli Kabillio's 1998 documentary "A Hole in the Head". The ancient procedure of trepanation goes back thousands of years, and as it turns out people can come up with a myriad of reasons to drill a hole into their skull.
