011: E+R=O

As part of my coaching practice I like to offer discovery calls to potential clients. This is a way of opening up an opportunity for them to share some concerns they are having and where they are stuck and for me to give practical advice and feedback and complete a mini coaching session. I love these sessions because 1. it gives me a chance to talk to new people, 2. it keeps me on my toes as a coach 3. It helps others really highlight some areas they are stuck, but to make a plan. I like to say that E+R=O is the success formula that puts you in control of your destiny. You see many of us believe that the events that happen to use determine our life, but I am here to share that its not the event it is actually your response. So because of this you are actually in control of the outcome of your life. We have to stop looking to blame everything and everyone else. Because looking outside of yourself is the biggest mistake you can make. Blaming other people gives them more control that you know. The most important lesson you must understand that you are 100 percent responsible for your life – the good and the bad. Two people could go through the exact same situation and have totally different outcomes ! Take divorce for example. Some people farewell after their divorce while others struggle .
