073: Year Long Commitment Check In!

Today I wanted to talk about where I have been for the last few weeks and to give an update on the year long commitment I have made to Myself!  Have you ever bought into the American dream?  College degree  Married to the love of your life  2.5 kids  White picket fence  A dog  Get a good job and work until you turn 65 and then retire  To be totally transparent with you I let my childhood and societal programming dictate my dreams. I let fear and desperation drive my decisions.  But I got to a point where I realized this wouldn’t serve me  So today, I choose to commit to me. Today and every day moving forward, I choose to commit to listen to my soul’s calling. ​ I hope you choose to do the same.
