Bonus Episode: How I weave my values into my life and business as a coach

For most of us we enter into the entrepreneurial space with the intention of changing things. Perhaps we had a poor experience at a previous work, and we have strong convictions that there must be a better method, so we set out to discover and define it. Or we have this deep desire to share our gifts with the world.    We all eventually reach a point where we'll need to respond to questions that speak directly to the impact we wish to have: mission, vision, core values, differentiators, and who we aim to serve.  This is true regardless of whether our path to entrepreneurship started out out of necessity or was initiated from a lack of other viable options or it  was the deep conviction to do what we are called to do.  All in all your values the foundation of your character. They hold the  potential to positively influence the choices and the directions you take in relationships, career, community, pastimes, spirituality and so on.  Therefore as a coach it's important to know what your values are because your character is built on your particular values.  They have the strong potential to have an impact on the decisions and course of action and in turn your success.   In today's video, I am going to share how I personally weave my core values into my life and business as a coach.
