Students fined while parked on footpaths at their houses

A number of University of Limerick students have received parking fines for parking on footpaths in estates near the University. Eric Nelligan, Aontu elected representative for the Castletroy and Annacotty area, says that a local Green Party councilor has urged the Gardaí and Limerick Council to punish students while in the middle of a housing crisis.
