Family Promise of Lubbock

In today's episode, I am recapping my 40th birthday celebration in Nashville and our time spent at the 2022 Rett Syndrome National Summit.  I also have guests, Valerie, Brenda, and Bree from Family Promise of Lubbock. Family Promise empowers homeless families with children to achieve long-term independence by providing temporary shelter, support, and growth opportunities. Brenda is sharing her story of how Family Promise helped get her off the streets and out of a violent relationship. This organization gave her the tools to provide for her family and also inspired her to give back to her community.
