In today’s episode, I am interviewing Patrinia Baksmaty.  Patrinia is the mother of three and is a former principal at Rainard School for Gifted Students in Houston.  She helped open the first KIPP Charter School High School in California and is the Founder of Kaleidoscope Collaborative.  Kaleidoscope Collaborative leverages multidisciplinary partnerships to support learner variability and inclusive instructional practices in elementary schools.  Her desire to not only help her daughter who has Autism but to help ensure that all children grow up in a world that provides them every opportunity to reach their full potential is what drives her mission.
