Another kufta! in vine leaves this time!

Sabah Al Yasmine, the radio show with Chef Fadi Kattan from Bethlehem. Vine leaves are in season and this morning I received a gift of fantastic vine leaves from the village of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem. I share with you a delicious kufta wrapped in those vine leaves. Pure pleasure!
