Sabah Al Yasmine, the radio show with Chef Fadi Kattan from Bethlehem.   Chef Damien Despres runs two Parisian restaurants, Aubergine & cie and Des Tapas and is an active member of the College Culinaire de France. He came last year to Palestine and cooked with Chef Fadi Kattan.
