Sabah Al Bamia!

Sabah Al Yasmine, the radio show with Chef Fadi Kattan from Bethlehem.   The markets are full of bamia, the vegetable of summer. Okra is a beautiful little pleasure to cook.   This morning, we are cooking together a bamia stew with lamb meat and lots of coriander.
