Emily Garland: Gingerbread, Gamalan, and Living on a Houseboat

Emily Garland is the founder of Maid of Gingerbread, making her official title gingerbread architect. But if giant life-size gingerbread houses, clocks and more wasn't enough, Emily is the self-described Queen of Niche.
