He thinks the Kyle Dubas hire will be a developmental coach that is ready to take on his first team. Tyler thinks the Penguins need a guy that is on-board with a rebuild. The guys dove into a few different candidates that could fit the job in Pittsburgh. TK said Sidney Crosby is still the selling point for any coach, but that person has to be patient.
