This week’s Urban Valor story features U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran O.C. Fowler, Jr. O.C. was a Navy pilot during the Vietnam war and flew approximately 650 missions during his year-long combat tour. He was part of Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three Seawolves, part of the brown water Navy Task Force 116.
